Terms of receiving products

Dear customer, we gladly present to you the terms of your receipt of the products

1)      The customer must provide the correct phone numbers (Landline and mobile) and the correct delivery address, to ensure deliver on time.

2)      There is a fee charge 10 KD for each re-delivery of goods caused due to the customer’s absence (including the customer’s failure to respond to the delivery date. These payments are made in advance. Either by attending the showroom or by any other means. And then the delivery date is rescheduled as soon as possible, and if the customer needs delivery on the same day, he will pre-pay the delivery cost provide the express delivery truck.

3)      If the customer is not present at the of delivery, he must authorize any family member or one of the servants or workers present at the delivery address to sign the delivery paper on behalf of the customer.

4)      When the customer receives the goods and sign the receipt paper, the delivered goods are considered complete, undamaged and free from any defect, except for what is written on the delivery paper when signed by the customer or his representative.

5)      When the customer receives the goods in cartons and they have not been opened or checked upon his request, the responsibility will be on the customer and no complaint of scratch or damage will be taken after if it is not mentioned on the delivery paper.

6)      If the delivery date is booked for the customer and he wants to install later, the customer will bear the delivery cost for the second time, which is 10KD.
