1. Cancellation or exchange after receipt

    *Provided that the goods are intact, i.e. in the same condition in which they were purchased (in carton) without any shortage of contents          or damage to the carton, provided that they are valid for sale again.

    *An amount of KD 20 will be added only in the case of cancellation as delivery fees to retrieve the goods

2. In case of cancellation or replacement, the coupon or gift will be returned in its original condition and with all its attachments that was obtained during the purchase process.

3. It is not possible to exchange or return the goods purchased from the (without cartons) section that were delivered to the customer after his signature and approval of their condition (in case of missing parts or scratches).

4. The customer shall sign a document stating that he has received the amount, along with a copy of the civil ID in case of cancellation.

     *It is required to bring the original purchase invoice when exchanging or returning.

     *The original purchase invoice is taken from the customer in case of replacement or return

5. Personal care products (bedsheets, blankets, sheets, mattresses, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded due to the nature of their use and health reasons.
